The Neville Communities Campus offers a continuum of care and services for older adults, including:
Assisted Living allows older adults to live with independence and dignity in a setting where services are available if needed. At Neville Place, maintenance-free living and on-site dining services allow residents to focus their energies on health, wellness and personal interests. Social, cultural and educational opportunities abound. Our proximity to the Fresh Pond Reservation allows for easy access to natural beauty. Regular outings to Cambridge, Boston and beyond open up new vistas. At Neville Place, minds are challenged, personal growth is supported and friendships blossom.
Our state-of-the-art Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® at Neville Place offers residents a comprehensive, holistic treatment program in a comfortable, dignified residential setting. Through our affiliation with the Boston University School of Medicine Alzheimer’s Disease Center, Compass puts cutting-edge research into action through lifelong learning, social engagement, physical fitness, the arts, and our award-winning Brain Healthy Cooking Program. Each resident’s day is enriched by a “brain healthy” diet, a curriculum-based adult learning program, aerobic and strengthening exercise, and the structured activities that provide residents with opportunities for self-expression, spiritual growth and joy.
As a complement to the exemplary nursing services provided at Neville Center, our Rehabilitation Program consists of 3 distinct focus areas to help patients build strength and stamina after surgery or a hospital stay: physical, occupational and speech therapy. Highly skilled Rehab Therapists work one on one with patients to reach the goals that will allow a successful return to the comfort of home as quickly as possible. A wide variety of rehab techniques are implemented to address individual needs.
Compassion and quality shine through in the holistic care received by residents of Neville Center. A highly skilled team of Doctors, Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Workers and Therapists work to maximize the health, quality of life, spirit and independence of our long-term care patients. Known for our specialty areas of cardiac, pulmonary, wound and diabetes care, Neville Center tailors a daily program based on individual need. A host of on-site activities and programs strive to promote wellness and keep the body and mind active and engaged.
